We pit soft Medjool dates, dip each one in 70% dark chocolate, then finish it with crushed pistachio and a dried rose petal.

Store at 16 to 20 °C, away from the sun. On a hot day keep it in the fridge and take it out 20 minutes before serving.

The questions we hear most, answered simply. For anything else, write to us and the kitchen will reply.
Can I choose the flavours myself?
Yes. Pick a box of 6, 12 or 24 and choose how many of each flavour you want. If you are not sure, fill the box evenly and we will mix all four.
How long do they keep?
Three weeks in a cool, dry place between 16 and 20 °C. In hot weather keep the box in the fridge and take it out 20 minutes before serving, so the chocolate shines again.
Are the dates pitted?
Yes. We take the stone out of every Medjool date by hand before we fill it, so there is nothing to look out for.
Can I order for an event?
Yes, for weddings, Ramadan, Eid or company gifts. From 20 boxes we print your own card, add your colours to the ribbon and deliver on the date you choose.
Do they contain nuts or gluten?
Pistachio, almond and hazelnut are in three of the four flavours, and the dark ganache contains milk. None of them contain gluten.
When will my box arrive?
Order before 2 pm and we dip your dates the same afternoon and deliver them the next day. Later orders are dipped the next morning.
